Summary: The Cook County Juvenile Probation Department is seeking to enter into a contract with Youth Outreach Services (YOS) to provide Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB) services to court-involved youth and their families.
Youth Outreach Services shall provide community-based assessment, treatment, care coordination, safety planning, and follow-up services for youth exhibiting problematic sexual behavior and their families. Services shall be delivered in collaboration with the Juvenile Probation Department and other relevant service providers to support individualized treatment planning, promote accountability, enhance family engagement, and ensure appropriate community-based interventions and ongoing support.
