Summary: The Cook County Sherriff’s Office is requesting authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into and execute a contract with Insight Public Sector, Inc. Chandler, Arizona, for the continuation of utilizing the Employee Performance Management System. This system is utilized to quantify employee performance related to mission fulfilment, training engagement, and employee job performance.
This is a Comparable Government Procurement pursuant to Section 34-140 of the Procurement Code. Insight Public Sector was previously awarded a contract through a Request for Proposal process by OMNIA Partners, a national government purchasing cooperative in cooperation with Cobb County, Georgia. Cook County wishes to leverage this procurement effort.
