Summary: The Bureau of Technology is requesting authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to approve utilization of County's single five-year extension option with IBM included in our original contract. IBM served as integrator to implement the County Oracle EBS ERP system, and now provides hosting and managed services support for the ERP applications This amendment will allow IBM to manage the migration of the applications to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and they will continue to manage our hosted infrastructure.
