During our post-election debriefing, Mail Ballot manager, Christine Tucker, informed the director of the EOC, Mr. Jones, that she anticipated her staff doubling for the November election. Because of the increase in her staff, she would need more tables and chairs to accommodate the number of mail ballot judges. The EOC had about 100 stools on hand. Those 100 stools are used for the call center on Election Day. They are also used for training of call center staff; therefore, we needed to purchase 50 stools that would accommodate Mail Ballot staff during elections.
