Summary: The Roberts Road improvement is located from 89th Street to 79th Street in the Villages of Justice and Bridgeview. This amendment provides for quantity adjustments based on actual field conditions and additional services not anticipated in the contract. The additional services included works associated with the storm sewers system and pavement markings.
This contract was awarded through the competitive bidding process in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. MQ Sewers & Water Contractors d/b/a MQ Construction Company was the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder.
