Summary: Under the Cook County Code, approved by the Board of Commissioners on 6/19/2007
(the "Ordinance"), municipalities, special districts and other units of local government are exempted
from the imposition of License fees, pursuant to Chapter 66, Sec. 66-102. Based upon the Grantee's
status as a unit of local government, body politic, political subdivision and municipal corporation, of the
State of Illinois, the License fee is therefore waived as to Grantee. Grantee has met the insurance
requirements under the License Agreement.
