Summary: The Justice Advisory Council (JAC) respectfully submits this request to enter into a Second Amendment for a Renewal and Increase of contract 1205-2011 with Northwestern University. This contract agreement has a term of 4/1/2021 - 3/31/2022 with two (2), one (1) year renewal options, of which one (1) renewal remains at a cost of $100,000.00; the proposed First Second Amendment would renew the contract for the period 4/1/2022 - 3/31/2023, and increase the amount of the contract by $100,000.00 to a total of $300,000.00.
