Summary: Village of Roselle will conduct an engineering review of construction plans prepared by the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for proposed improvements along the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway. The purpose of the review is to identify and assess possible impacts to Roselle Road and the adjacent areas within the Village and unincorporated Schaumburg Township. The County will reimburse the Village of Roselle for its share of costs for the engineering review, estimated total County share $8,000.00, under Cook County Section: 12-6HISP-36-ES.
This agreement has been examined and approved by this Department and by the State's Attorney's Office.
