Summary: This contract will allow the Department of Real Estate Management to receive commercial property management services for the George W. Dunne Cook County Office Building. Property management services include, but are not limited to, tenant and operations management, life safety management and compliance, finance and accounting reporting, leasing, construction management, and coordinating capital improvements with the Department of Capital Planning and Policy.
This contract is awarded through a publicly advertised Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Cook County Procurement Code. Transwestern Commercial Services Illinois L.L.C. was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
