Summary: An Invitation to Bid was issued for Electrical and Mechanical Item Maintenance for the Department of Transportation and Highways. A competitive bidding process was followed in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. Meade, Inc. was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and is recommended for award.
