Summary:  WorkForce will install and configure enterprise, Software as a Service (SaaS) Time and Attendance Management Solution. The contract scope includes (1) gathering business requirements (2) configuring the system to support and train County agencies (3) procurement and installation of the EmpCenter EC2000 terminals (time clocks) for biometric data collection (4) Conduct County site surveys (5) a maintenance support plan (6) a four step roll out plan. The project is expected to kick off in April 2014 with a pilot implementation 1st quarter of 2015.  Through this initiative, the County will achieve its goal of reducing manual processing of time and attendance as well as improve the accuracy of reporting, resulting in more accurate and timely payroll processing.
