Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully recommends approval of a sole source contract to Bentley Systems Inc. The Department of Transportation and Highways utilizes a variety of Engineering Design and CAD Software provided by Bentley Systems including Microstation CADD software. Bentley Systems is the sole provider of the support and updates for this software. The Department was receiving maintenance and support services under a previous contract with Bentley Systems which expired 11/30/2013 and is requesting to enter into a contract for a continuation in software support services and updates, as well as access to the Bentley Learn Training program.
