Title: PROPOSED RESOLUTION MAP CHAPTER 507 INTEREST ARBITRATION AWARD AND SALARY SCHEDULES WHEREAS, the County of Cook/Sheriff of Cook County and the Metropolitan Alliance of Police (MAP) 507 representing the Telecommunications Supervisors entered into a Compulsory Interest Arbitration under the Illinois Public Employee Labor Relations Act (5 ILCS 315/1, et seq.); and WHEREAS, an Interest Arbitration Award has been issued concerning unresolved salary issues covering the period of December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2012. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Award and Salary Schedules shall be submitted to the Cook County Board of Commissioners for referral to the Finance Subcommittee on Labor for review and recommendation; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon approval of this Award, the Bureau of Human Resources and Office of the Cook County Comptroller are hereby authorized to implement the Salary Schedules and wage adjustments as indicated in the Award.

WHEREAS, the County of Cook/Sheriff of Cook County and the Metropolitan Alliance of Police (MAP) 507 representing the Telecommunications Supervisors entered into a Compulsory Interest Arbitration under the Illinois Public Employee Labor Relations Act (5 ILCS 315/1, et seq.); and
 
WHEREAS, an Interest Arbitration Award has been issued concerning unresolved salary issues covering the period of December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2012.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Award and Salary Schedules shall be submitted to the Cook County Board of Commissioners for referral to the Finance Subcommittee on Labor for review and recommendation; and
