Title: PROPOSED RESOLUTION SEIU LOCAL 73 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS - COOK COUNTY HEALTH AND HOSPITALS SYSTEM WHEREAS, the Illinois Public Employee Labor Relations Act (5 ILCS 315/1 et seq.) has established regulations regarding collective bargaining with a union; and WHEREAS, Collective Bargaining Agreements for the period of December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2012, effective the date of approval by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, have been negotiated between the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 73 representing Technologists, Technicians, Service & Maintenance, and Healthcare Professional employees at Cook County Health Facilities; and WHEREAS, general wage increases and salary adjustments have already been approved and are reflected in the Salary Schedules included in the Collective Bargaining Agreements negotiated between the County of Cook and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 73; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that ...

SEIU LOCAL 73 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS - COOK COUNTY HEALTH AND HOSPITALS SYSTEM
 
WHEREAS, the Illinois Public Employee Labor Relations Act (5 ILCS 315/1 et seq.) has established regulations regarding collective bargaining with a union; and
 
WHEREAS, Collective Bargaining Agreements for the period of December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2012, effective the date of approval by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, have been negotiated between the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 73 representing Technologists, Technicians, Service & Maintenance, and Healthcare Professional employees at Cook County Health Facilities; and
