PROPOSED RESOLUTION
WAYNE HEALY, IN MEMORIAM
WHEREAS, Almighty God in His infinite wisdom has called Wayne Healy from our midst; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy was the beloved husband of Eileen (Nee Mooney) Healy; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy was the loving father of Colleen, John (Eileen), and Wayne Jr. (Maria); and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy was the Adoring Papa to Nora, William and Elizabeth Cusick, John Jr., Kaileen, Edward, Margaret and Luke Healy; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy was the devoted son of the late Lillian and Patrick Joseph Healy; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy was the dear brother of Patricia Boland, Marilyn (the late Austin McNichols), the late Gwendolyn (the late Harry) Baldwin and Jane Healy; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy was the fond brother-in-law of Felice and (the late Carl Madda), the late Jack and Edward Mooney; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Healy touched the lives of many and will be remembered by all who knew him; and
WHEREAS, all who knew him will attest that Wayne Healy was a kind and compassionate man, virtuous of character and gentle in spirit, admired and respected by his many friends and neighbors, and dearly loved by his family; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County that the Board does hereby offer its deepest condolences and most heartfelt sympathy to the family and many friends of Wayne Healy, and joins them in sorrow at this time of loss; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this text be spread upon the official proceedings of this Honorable Body, and a suitable copy of same be tendered to the family of Wayne Healy so that his memory may be so honored and ever cherished.end
