PROPOSED RESOLUTION
CHANGE IN BANK SIGNATORIES RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Cook County Board of Commissioners has the legal authority to authorize departments and offices to open and maintain checking and savings accounts at various banks; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to update those persons who are authorized signers on the restitution account maintained for the Circuit Court of Cook County's Juvenile Probation and Court Services Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the checking account maintained for restitution at the Northern Trust Bank be updated; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following persons are authorized to sign checks and that the signatories of at least two (2) of these persons shall be required on each check:
1. William Patterson, Director, Human Resources, Juvenile Probation and Court Services
2. Avik Das, Deputy Director, Juvenile Probation and Court Services
3. James Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, Office of the Chief Judge
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following persons heretofore designated to be signatories shall be deleted:
1. Michael J. Rohan
2. Charles M. Young
