Title: PROPOSED RESOLUTION GERALD "KATO" HALLEY, IN MEMORIAM WHEREAS Almighty God in His infinite wisdom has called Gerald "Kato" Halley from our midst, and WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the beloved husband of Patricia (nee Hayes) Halley, and WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the loving father of Mary, Lisa, Jerry "Tiger" (Jennifer nee Pirelli), Jason, Jayme (Daniel) Conners, and Jon (Jaclyn nee Malecki) Halley, and WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the dear grandfather of fifteen, and WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the dearest son of the late Richard (late Helen nee Russell) Halley, and WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the cherished brother of Carol, Richard "Dickie" (Pam nee Marich), Linda (Thom) Bailey, Marilyn (Tom) Rosner, Robert, Daniel (Bonnie nee Novak), Helen "Honey", John (Thomisine nee Morrissey) and Tommy Halley, and WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was a proud member of Cement Masons Local No. 502 and Laborers Union No. 803, as well as a lifelong Cana...

WHEREAS Almighty God in His infinite wisdom has called Gerald "Kato" Halley from our midst, and
 
WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the beloved husband of Patricia (nee Hayes) Halley, and
 
WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the loving father of Mary, Lisa, Jerry "Tiger" (Jennifer nee Pirelli), Jason, Jayme (Daniel) Conners, and Jon (Jaclyn nee Malecki) Halley, and
 
WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was the dear grandfather of fifteen, and

WHEREAS Gerald "Kato" Halley was a proud member of Cement Masons Local No. 502 and Laborers Union No. 803, as well as a lifelong Canaryville resident; and
 
WHEREAS all who knew him will attest that Gerald "Kato" Halley was a kind and compassionate man, virtuous of character and gentle in spirit, admired and respected by his many friends and neighbors, and dearly loved by his family; and
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County that the Board does hereby offer its deepest condolences and most heartfelt sympathy to the family and many friends of Gerald "Kato" Halley, and joins them in sorrow at this time of loss; and
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this text be spread upon the official proceedings of this Honorable Body, and a suitable copy of same be tendered to the family of Gerald "Kato" Halley so that his memory may be so honored and ever cherished.end
