The MWRDGC will reimburse the County for its share of improvement costs, estimated total MWRDGC share of $1,250,000.00. The County will indemnify MWRDGC for design, construction and maintenance as County intends to perform the design, construction and maintenance of the said improvements according to this Agreement.
