Summary: The Bureau of Technology requests approval for an extension and increase to Contract No. 1318-12771 with Spinnaker Support, LLC for JD Edwards ("JDE") technical support.
Under the current contract, the County has received Payroll and OneWorld Financials software support and maintenance. The County has since migrated the Payroll module to a cloud-based system that does not require the support of this vendor. However, the Financial module remains in need of third party technical support services under the contract, pending the completion of a corresponding RFP process.
This contract was awarded as a Sole Source Procurement pursuant to Section 34-139 of the Cook County Procurement Code.
