Grace, Jr. based on the motto: "To provide client service beyond expectations." WHEREAS, Loop Capital is a full-service investment, bank, brokerage and advisory firm that provides creative capital solutions for corporate, governmental and institutional entities across the globe; and

WHEREAS, On September 17, 1997, Loop Capital was founded by James Reynolds, Jr. and Albert R. Grace, Jr. based on the motto: "To provide client service beyond expectations." This motto today still serves as the foundational driving force of the firm; and
