Summary:  This increase and extension will allow the Cook County Clerk to continue to receive hardware, software and maintenance for a comprehensive incoming absentee ballot mail management system. The Runbeck system provides tracking and auditing of every absentee ballot mailed and received.

 

This contract was awarded through Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures in accordance with Cook County Procurement Code. Runbeck Election Services, Inc. was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
