Summary: This contract will provide real estate brokerage services for the expansion and relocation of three clinics, site selection for two diagnostic centers, CCHHS administrative staff relocations, and disposition of vacated sites. The sites may include either leased or purchased sites. Commissions will be market based, and paid by the landlord or seller, in the case of site acquisition.
This is a Comparable Government Procurement pursuant to Section 31-140 of the Cook County Procurement Code. CBRE, Inc. was previously awarded a contract by the City of Chicago through a competitive Request for Qualification process. Cook County wishes to leverage this procurement effort. end
