HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd. was previously awarded a contract through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process through U.S. Communities, a national government purchasing cooperative sponsored by the National Association of Counties (NACo) and the National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP).
