A Safe Haven provides specialized services to nonviolent adult criminal offenders eligible for participation in the Circuit Court of Cook County's Drug Treatment Court Program, an alternative sentencing approach for non-violent offenders serving a probation sentence who have been rearrested for felony drug possession.
