Summary: This amendment will allow Denovo Ventures, LLC (“Denovo”) to continue hosting and maintaining the County’s cloud-based payroll solution. The purpose of the amendment is threefold:
1) Transfer ownership of the contract to BOT to reflect the eventual transition of Time and Attendance and ERP production systems to BOT;
2) Improve contract terms by reducing annual hosting fee increases and switching the billing structure from time and materials to managed service;
3) Add services and support for additional customizations to capture additional efficiencies and meet regulatory requirements, such as full implementation of the Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) requirements.
This is a Sole Source Procurement pursuant to Section 34-139 of the Cook County Procurement Code.
