Summary: ACS currently provides repair and maintenance service for our collection and recording system. The system is proprietary which constitutes part of the ACS intellectual property assets and cannot be supported or maintained by any outside vendor other than ACS Government Records Management. It is our current cashier recording system which has been maintained for over 11 years.
This is a Sole Source Contract pursuant to Section 34-139 of the Cook County Procurement Code.end
