Summary: This contract was awarded through the competitive bidding process in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. E & R Towing and Garage, Inc. was the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder for Zone Seven (7). This increase and final renewal option will allow for a continuation of automobile maintenance and repair of County-owned vehicles in Zone Seven (7).
