Garland/DBS, Inc. was previously awarded a contract through an Invitation for Bids (IFB) process through U.S. Communities, a national government purchasing cooperative sponsored by the National Association of Counties (NACo) and the National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP), and in cooperation with Cobb County, Georgia. Cook County wishes to leverage this procurement effort.
