The Treasurer shall allocate any revenue incurred from the collection of fees by the Board of Review from bulk users to the fund. The Commissioners of the Board of Review shall be the custodian, ex officio, of this fund and shall use the fund to perform the duties required by the office. A SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT CREATING A COOK COUNTY BOARD OF REVIEW OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUND

Sec. 34-41. - Cook County Board of Review Operation and Administrative Fund.

The Cook County Treasurer shall create a Cook County Board of Review Operation and Administrative Fund, which shall be subject to appropriation by the Board, to be used to offset the costs incurred by the Board of Review in performing the additional duties required to fairly and impartially review the assessments of all property within Cook County.
