PROPOSED RESOLUTION
WILLIAM J ENSWORTH SR, IN MEMORIAM
WHEREAS, Almighty God in His infinite wisdom has called William J. Ensworth Sr. from our midst; and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr. was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Papas); and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr. was the devoted son of the late Millard and the late Frances Ensworth; and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr. was the loving father of William (Keren), John (Belushi), Thomas and James (Fuzzy); and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr. was the proud grandfather of Brendan Michael, William James III, James Jospeh and Kelly Margaret; and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr. was the fond brother of the late Millard (Mary) and the late Joan Ensworth; and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr. was the loving uncle of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr. was a lifelong Canaryville resident; and
WHEREAS, William J. Ensworth Sr., touched the lives of many and will be remembered by all who knew him; and
WHEREAS, all who knew him will attest that William J. Ensworth Sr. was a kind and compassionate man, virtuous of character and gentle in spirit, admired and respected by his many friends and neighbors, and dearly loved by his family and his neighbors; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County that the Board does hereby offer its deepest condolences and most heartfelt sympathy to the family of William J. Ensworth Sr. and joins them in sorrow at this time of loss; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this text be spread upon the official proceedings of this Honorable Body, and a suitable copy of the same be tendered to the family of William J. Ensworth Sr., so that his memory may be so honored and ever cherished.
