The Department of Transportation and Highways shall be a lead agent for construction of the project and shall maintain the creek vegetation along the north side of Central Road for two (2) years after completion of the project. The Forest Preserve District of Cook County shall maintain the creek vegetation along the north side of Central Road after two (2) years of completion of the project.
