The major tasks will include focus group meetings to be held with the project stakeholders, which include the Forest Preserve Conservation/Advocacy Groups, volunteer organizations and local residents. There will be a maximum of 16 focus group meetings to cover various environmental topics, a Stakeholder Involvement Plan, and preparation of a memo at the conclusion of the focus group meetings.
