Summary: This increase and first of two (2) one-year renewal options will allow the Office of the Chief Judge to continue to operate the cafeteria at the Criminal Courts Administration Building. The cafeteria provides services to the general public and impaneled jurors. The County receives a monthly license fee and this renewal reflects a decrease from $6,190.30 to $3,000.00 based upon a reduction in space provide to the vendor.
This contract was awarded through competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. ACE Coffee Bar, Inc. was the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.end
