Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between Cook County and the Village of Franklin Park.
The Village of Franklin Park will be the lead agency for Phase I preliminary engineering services for reconstruction improvements along Franklin Avenue. The County will reimburse the Village of Franklin Park for its share of Phase I preliminary engineering costs. The estimated total County share is $320,000.00.
