PROPOSED RESOLUTION
HONORING INFINITE SCHOLARS PROGRAM AND CO-CHAIR JERRY W. WILLIAMS, SR.
WHEREAS, the Infinite Scholars Program has more than a decade of experience working with more than 100,000 students throughout the United States to help them realize their college admission goals and help them secure the financial resources to attend and graduate with a college degree; and
WHEREAS, college admission is one of the most significant milestones in a student's life, and Infinite Scholars Programs offers admissions assistance through scholarship fairs, mentoring and test prep; and
WHEREAS, through the Infinite Scholars Program's online platform, CollegeOffers.com, students are able to submit their portfolio to a network of more than 450 colleges and universities for admissions and scholarship consideration; and
WHEREAS, Jerry W. Williams Sr. is the National Co-Chairman of the Infinite Scholars Program, and
WHEREAS, Jerry W. Williams, Sr. is the CEO/Founder of THE WIL'DA GROUP, an artist management company headquartered in Chicago, representing clients such as T. L. Williams, The Storm Chaser Orchestra, J. Will, Sisters of Elements, Jose Cornier and others; and
WHEREAS, Jerry W. Williams, Sr. organizes the Let's Get Hyped About College concert series, an event in which high school juniors get to build a CollegeOffers profile, have an early start with college selection, resume building and application submission, and are motivated and entertained by inspirational songwriter and recording artist T.L. Williams & The Storm Chaser Orchestra; and
WHEREAS, Jerry W. Williams Sr. provides ongoing support for students and the Infinite Scholars Program, which has given more than 100,000 students throughout the country support to enable them to successfully apply for and graduate with a college degree; and
