Title: PROPOSED RESOLUTION HONORING THE MEMORY OF FRANK JONES, JR. WHEREAS, God In infinite wisdom has called Frank Jones, Jr. from our midst on May 5, 2018; and WHEREAS, Frank Jones, Jr. was born to Emmaline Jones and the late Frank Jones, Sr. on January 17, 1968; and WHEREAS, he began his education at Melody Elementary School and graduated in 1982, later to attend John Marshall High School where he graduated in 1987; and WHEREAS, Frank Jr. was liked by his teachers and respected by his peers, he was described by many as having "a heart of gold" like his father; and WHEREAS, during his high school years Frank was a valuable player on the football team; and WHEREAS, Frank Jr. worked a variety of jobs, however he conceded Washland was the best because there he met his wife Chevlion Woodard, and on August27, 2007 they were united in Holy matrimony. To that union two children were born son Frank Jones lll, and daughter Zaria Jones which he called his prize possession; and WHERE...

HONORING THE MEMORY OF FRANK JONES, JR.

 

WHEREAS, God In infinite wisdom has called Frank Jones, Jr. from our midst on May 5, 2018; and

 

WHEREAS, Frank Jones, Jr. was born to Emmaline Jones and the late Frank Jones, Sr. on January 17, 1968; and

 

WHEREAS, he began his education at Melody Elementary School and graduated in 1982, later to attend John Marshall High School where he graduated in 1987; and

 

WHEREAS, Frank Jr.  was liked by his teachers and respected by his peers, he was described by many as having “a heart of gold” like his father; and

 

WHEREAS, during his high school years Frank was a valuable player on the football team; and

WHEREAS, his loving spirit and outgoing personality attracted many people that added to his friendship; and

 

WHEREAS, Frank was the life of his family and party, anyone who knew him simply loved him; and

 

WHEREAS, Frank Jones, Jr. was known as the “voice of 75 live” on Facebook and other social media sites his laughter and personality made it easy for people to “chat’ with him and follow him on social media.

 

BE IT RESOLVED, that the President and Cook County Board of Commissioners, do hereby express their sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the family of Frank Jones Jr.
