Ownership of this parcel would enable the Village to work directly with a developer or group to facilitate the Town Center Plan for mixed use development. This is a long-vacant commercial building the Village would like to incorporate into a larger Town Center development. The Village would use this vacant parcel to spur residential development and completion of a subdivision plan. The Village would use this vacant parcel to spur residential development and completion of a subdivision plan. This vacant parcel is located in Richton Park's designated Town Center area.
