The proposed software and professional services upgrade consisted of configuring Cityworks Server AMS, improved services to the public through process automation and timely responses to service requests, work orders and permit applications, expedite the authorization of construction, utility and haul permits issued by the Department, jurisdiction and engineering reviews, and proper fee calculation and revenue generation, has been completed. end
