This contract with the Gateway Foundation, Inc. provides specialized treatment services ordered by the court for adult criminal offenders, who participate in the Circuit Court's drug treatment court programs. Services provided under the contract include assessment, detoxification, counseling, residential rehabilitation, Level I and Level II outpatient treatment, case management, toxicology, and aftercare, as deemed appropriate, billed to the Cook County at the prescribed hourly contract rates.
