Summary: This request represents the exercise of the first of three (3) one-year renewal options. This renewal and increase of the contract will provide continued support and maintenance of software used by the Circuit Court to develop and support over forty (40) business applications throughout the Office of the Chief Judge and non-judicial departments under the auspices of the Chief Judge. Over 90 percent of the Court’s applications are developed using LANSA. It is essential to have support and maintenance to ensure continuity of court operations.
The original contract was a sole source procurement pursuant to Section 34-139 of the Cook County Procurement Code.
