Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests Approval of the Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village of Buffalo Grove. The Village will be the lead agency for the Phase I Engineering Study on Bernard Drive in Buffalo Grove. The study will review multiple aspects of the road including vehicular and pedestrian safety and accessibility and future road improvements. The County’s financial participation shall be limited to $50,000.00.
