Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests Approval of the Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment between the County and the Village of Forest Park. The Village of Park Forest will be the lead agency for Phase I engineering services for Forest/Norwood Boulevard Complete Street Resurfacing project. The County will reimburse the Village for its share of Phase I engineering costs.
