This Fellowship Agreement between Cook County - BOA and the University of Chicago, on behalf of the IIC within its Harris School of Public Policy aims to use IIC’s social impact consulting fellowship. IIC’s Applied Data & Governance Fellowship program recruits top-performing post-graduate level professionals to implement innovative solutions to important development projects within the County.
