Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully request approval of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and PACE. PACE will be the lead agency for two first-mile, last-mile transportation demonstration projects: the Harvey Ride Hailing Demonstration Project and the O’Hare South Cargo Ride Hailing Demonstration Project. The County will reimburse PACE for its share of the two first-mile, last-mile transportation demonstration projects pilot program costs.
