Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully request approval of the Proposed Contract Amendment between the County and Black Dog Petroleum, LLC, Lyons, Illinois. This increase and second of two (2), one (1) year renewal options will allow the Department of Transportation and Highways and the Cook County Sheriff’s Office to continue to purchase motor fuel for County-owned vehicles throughout Cook County.
This contract was awarded through a publicly advertised bid in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. Black Dog Petroleum, LLC was the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder.
