CCDPH is making two requests: 1) Increase the current Grant Award # 11201, Program # 53786 by $173,469 from $601,513 to $774,982. and 2) Increase the current appropriated carryover amount from $334,740 to $600,497, enough to cover expenses in the current Fiscal Year 21.
