In accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code, the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer issued a publicly advertised competitive bid for Landscaping Services for the North and South Zones. Accordingly, the bid said bidders can bid on one or both Zones so that up to two awards could be made. A & M General Contractor Corporation was the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder for Landscaping Services for the North Zone.
