WHEREAS, Pamela F. Rodriguez, recently retired as President & CEO TASC, Inc., 700 S. Clinton St. Chicago, IL 60607, Cook County, Illinois;

WHEREAS, Ms. Rodriguez was highly qualified for the work she undertook earning a BS in Social Work at Bemidji State University, Bemidji, MN in 1978 and an MA in Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago, Chicago, IL in 1982;
