Summary: The Department of Risk Management respectfully submits this item requesting authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to renew and increase contract # 1830-17125 with Caremark PCS Health, LLC (Caremark). Caremark provides group pharmacy benefits to all members and their dependents covered by health plans administered by the Department of Risk Management. The proposed amendment will allow the County to exercise the first of two, one-year options for renewal.
