Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Contract Amendment between the County and TERRA Engineering, Ltd., Chicago, Illinois. TERRA Engineering, Ltd., will continue to provide Professional Surveying Services which shall include but not limited to obtaining topographic information on a work order basis that encompasses all aspects of roadway, bridges, culverts, drainage appurtenances, utilities, right-of-way, and property plat of surveys.
This contract was awarded through Request for Qualifications (RFQ) procedures in accordance with Cook County Procurement Code. TERRA Engineering, Ltd. was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
